1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Solea Resort & Hotel, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and payment has been verified.

2.2 Payment: Payment must be made according to the payment method selected during booking. We accept bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency payments as specified.

2.3 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.

3.2 Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.

3.3 Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Adhering to property rules and regulations
• Respecting the environment and local communities
• Reporting any issues promptly

5. Limitation of Liability

Solea Resort & Hotel acts as a booking platform and is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay at any of the listed properties.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
